Ristorante delle Rose

I was there for one evening for a mini convention with fashion show organized by Allianz bank. Very nice location, large rooms, clean bathrooms, swimming pool, very minimal and impressive synthetic garden!!! We were served an aperitif in the garden, a fish starter I would say was very good, and a perfect mix of flavours... Then the first one disappointed me a lot, strozzapreti with it was not clear which fish, it looked like the fridge cleaning recipe I make at home when I don't know what to cook. For the service I would give 5 stars but the cuisine left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I would remove this first course from the menu and replace it with another dish, everything can be improved!!!!! They told me that on the day to use the swimming pool, with the umbrella and sunbeds there is also lunch included for 15 or 20 euros!!!

I must point out that I was at a group dinner with an already agreed menu, however this does not justify a couple of courses (a first course and a dessert) which were not up to the standard of a restaurant dinner. In any case, I really liked the place (the pool area in the evening is very beautiful) and the service could be improved on a professional level but kindness was not lacking and this is no small thing. To give more value to the environment, some greenery would be needed which is a great added value and I suggest setting up a couple of areas for those who want to enjoy a few words outdoors with for example a smoking area or a few tables and chairs where perhaps to stop to have a drink. The place has a lot of potential that it doesn't fully express at the moment.
